Sunlight Through Alder 4' x 4' Acrylic & mixed media on canvas $1000.00 This piece began as part of my green series. It was part of a movement away from traditional painting techniques. It has the usual under painting but moved out of the realm of the standard when I began mixing pigments with acrylic spackle, molding paste, and fine and coarse ground garnet paste. I applied these mediums with spackle knives and plastic bubble wrap.
